Parallelisation of FLSAM #20

FLSAM should support the ability to parallise (batch-wise) across multiple 
assessments, taking advantage of multiple cores etc. 

Such a setup would be relatively simple and could work via a package such as 
snow. It would need to be configured as an "advanced option".

Maybe a good starting point for this is to begin by parallelising some of our 
code externally from FLSAM, so as to get a bit of experience with it. The 
catchability and obs.var scanning would be a good example to start with
