Vcov matrix #23

SAM generates the vcov matrix between parameters and returns it as sam.cor. 
FLSAM currently does not read this in. However, a number of elements (e.g. the 
otolith plot) are dependent on this element.

There currently exists code in SAM2FLR to read this file in - both from MPA and 
Anders Nielsen. However, it is commented out because I haven't checked it 
closely enough.

Modification is therefore 
1. to add slot for vcov to FLSAM class
2. implement and check that cor matrix is read correctly
3. convert correlation matrix to vcov matrix.
