SAM2FLR should be made independent of the FLSAM.control object (if possible) #34

At the moment, SAM2FLR requires an FLSAM.control object to read the results 
back. It would be better if this reading phase could be made completely 
independent of the FLSAM.control, so that it can also work with "roll-your-own" 
tpl files
