Validity check in FLSAM method #7

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Running the ADBM code will fail as input data is not correct

Add checks in FLSAM.control object to check input data, also in FLSAM object to 
check the validity of the input data

Validity check should be done in FLSAM() to ensure that the stock, tun and ctrl 
objects are compatible with each other in terms of shape, size etc
