manage delete data #183

currently, if we put a comment "DELETE" in updated_data, it is treated as an updated value and added in the excel file. We should treat it separately (either in a separate tab)

put delete rows in a separate spreadsheet in the template handle deleted row in shiny data integration

this should be done for all templates!

commit d08ae82 and previous ones implement delete_data in the shiny part. Now, we just need to update the templates adding a sheet "deleted_data" that have the same format as "updated_data"

Finished development for this also in series and sampling. Not the sheet sampling and series themselves do not handle delete.
