currently, updated_data are not read nor display:

a lapply(c("new_data","updated_data") is required in loading_biomass and loading_mortality
in server.R, updated_from_excel<- step0load_data()$res$updated_data should be added for biomass and moratlity_rates in the switch around lines 354 and 382)
in server.R, lines 358 should be if (input$file_type %in% c("catch_landings","release","aquaculture","biomass","mortality_rates"))
