data series with missing das_qal_id not showing in the datacall

the "existing data" tab in the data call file (at least for Germany) seems to be wrong. For Example in recruitment, for EmsBGY it is missing years 2014 - 2017. I thought we might have deleted them last year for some reason, but I can also see them in the shiny (is that showing the latest version of the DB?). Also, in the 2021 dc there were no entries that these should be deleted and they are there as existing data in the 2021 data call.
