Release sheet annex 7 is in wrong format

The template used for data call was wrong You need to fix the format before integration

• sheet Deleted_data should be renamed deleted_data (without capital D)
• In new_data: First insert a new column besides eel_value, rename eel_value to eel_value_number and the new column to eel_value_kg

Then copy all data in lines where eel_typ is release_kg to the corresponding column (read eel_value_number in the sheet below )

Delete lines with eel_typ release_kg and save file, lines with eel type gee_n (glass eel equivalent) need no change.
