ERROR:

Anex 2 -Failed to prepare query: ERROR: invalid input syntax for type integer: "" LINE 1: ...ELECT ser_cou_code FROM datawg.t_series_ser WHERE ser_id='';

We don't need to do this anymore, since these rows were updated and don't need to be deleted anymore; still the update wasn't done and deleting didn't work and this caused an error so it might be a bug to consider.
