Till now, when we want to delete an individual metric, we do a delete by cascade since we don't have a fi_qal_id (or a gr_qal_id), it should be better to have a fi_qal_id, set it to 22 (or corresponding year) and set the mei_qal_id to 22 to.
That implied adding the columns in the db and modifying the delete functions in the shiny_di
