American Date format when using datacall templates #346

issue with individual metrics Annex 1 and 2, pasting date in from national files some dates are being changed to american dates - very hard to spot it. but data integration was flagging it as missing values in fi_date.

So at least it does it's job. Could you send the file with only new data with one row ok and the other wrong for test ?
