My apologies for multiple commits in this PR. I am not sure how it looks at the approver side.

Please note Briony's PR (to the document transducerOrientationConventions.adoc) has been approved and this change is not captured in my local copy (stored in the personal computer drive). Meanwhile, I did some changes to my local copy and committed under this PR. Not sure accepting my PR overwrites Briony's approved changes? Interested to see what happens.
