Suggestions to AcMeta #50

Total 6 commits as below.

  1. New image1 in SVG format with some cosmetic changes
  2. New image2 in SVG format with some cosmetic changes
  3. Edits to appendix 'transducerOrientationConventions.adoc', now inserting image1.svg
  4. Edits to appendix 'beamGeometry.adoc', now inserting image2.svg
  5. Edits to bib file: to include CRR 326
  6. Edits to main document 'acmeta.adoc'. This has following changes. - Suggestions to add new attributes: ship_home_port, data_processing_transducer_beam_angle_major, and data_processing_transducer_beam_angle_minor
    • Presenting 'Revisions' as a table now
    • General typo fixes
    • Broken and outdated weblink fixes - embed within the text

For some reason, GitHub is not rendering the edited version of 'acmeta.adoc', not giving 'display the rich diff' option, and making difficult to quickly review the changes. Closing this PR for now. Upcoming PR will have an updated version of 'acmeta.adoc' that would hopefully provide the needed option to quickly review changes.
