Hi Gavin and all, You will find in this pull request a proposal for some clarification and equations around coordinates systems defined in the document and how to position echoes using variable names

I spelled out abbreviations (e.g., for rx and tx).

@cyrilleponcelet FYI: ICES will soon split this repository into two: one for SONAR-netdf4 and one for AcMeta. Hopefully, transferring this PR over won't be a hassle if the move happens before this PR is pulled.
