Add type 6 conversion equations for Furuno FCV-38 #54

I edited two files for Furuno FCV-38 echosounder to support the convention:

  1. crr341.adoc: I added a section for type 6 conversion equations for data recorded by the echosounder.
  2. tableBeamGroup1.adoc: I added a variable "transmitter_and_receiver_coefficient" that is necessary for the equations.
