Add history attribute to root group (retrieved from AcMeta) #64

As defined in title, add a history attribute to root group. This attribute matches the AcMeta convention.

Also fix some minor spaces issues in beamGroup

Is this something that could be in the Provenance group instead?

In my mind the provenance group provides information on how the SONAR-netCDF4 version of the data were created

History contains track of all modification and not only during the creation phase, that why I add it at the root.

I can move it to /Provenance if you think it is better.

I see that the convention says that Provenance is for details on how the file was created, but we can change that description to include tracking of file changes too.
