Expand SONAR-netCDF for the storage of conventional echosounder data:

needs some echosounder-specific variables and values (e.g. sonar-type = 'echosounder')
specify how to store split-aperture data (as major/minor angle (aka Simrad EK60) and 3/4-sectors of complex data (aka Simrad EK80)) and associated meta-data
cope with multi-frequency echosounders (compared to multi-beam sonars)
