Have ICES and AMAP logos in the legend #8

In the legend below other items have an ICES logo pointing the ICES main page and an AMAP logo pointiong to the AMAP main page. Simon will initiate an AMAP landing page that should be linked to later. An ICES landing page should be done after the AMAP landing page. They can link to one another

AMAP and ICES logos added to the legend linking to their main pages. AMAP Link should be changed to AHAT landing page at AMAP once created (Simon). Possibly and ICES landing page can be based on that as well.
