Overall integrated assessment map with 5 classes On selection (or howering or both) show tables with more detailed results for selected assessment unit

Confidence map for integrated assessment

Add overlay with station positions, optimal if they can be shown or hidden by user

Draft a first version of the Integrated assessment tab (tables loaded from report PDF)

Show assessment result (contaminations status)
Optional show confidence

Berit Brockmeyer suggest

  1. It would be great to see the Chase Contamination status and the confidence at the same time (e.g. small window in the bottom?)

  2. I am not sure about the contamination score per matrix in the circle. I think this might be misleading in a way that biota is the most contaminated matrix. I think this is more an effect of more biota indicator. I would prefer a circle with the information how many of the 12 indicator were used for the assessment per region.
