Develop authorisation protocol with Stockassessment.org for POSTing of results #106

One solution is for each user to link a special SAO authorisation token to their stockassessment account, so that we can restrict what they can upload to TAF and SAG.

Might also combine this with a private agreement between SAO and TAF so that we know the token was used from within SAO.

Then all API calls to TAF from SAO will be tagged with that users token + the SAO token....

I think, that a potentially better way is for TAF to pull the results from SAO. Will discuss this at February meeting
