Summary

Implement, for demo purposes, a useful Rmd report

Tasks required

Draft and upload one of:

Intercatch summary report (developed by Liz Clarke and Youen Vermard)
Differences in historical Datras inputs from last year (Jose D'olievera has prodiced these in the past)
MSY reference point report (Einar Hjorlieffson and Colm Lordan)

Consider allowing people to upload a Rmd file to generate a report within TAF #71
