Before the next WGTAFGOV meeting a plan / structure needs to be done for the TAF handbook. WGTAFGOV issue #14

Ideas on how to do this:

• Wiki page
• examples from WK reports
• user stories
• short readme, with examples
• working examples of assessment models
• Advertise documentation (on landing page)
