Allow user authentication with github #67

This would allow a user to link with private repositories and possibly fork a published assessment into their github

Not sure this is relavent for TAF... will leave it in wishlist for now

Not relavent. We are now only using GitHub as a code repository and there are no plans to link to a users repositories
