Switch from Blobs to file locations in TAF DB #79

Everyone is suggesting this is the fastest and easiest option: @cmspinto, @hjalteparner, @arnima-github so lets go with the flow.

Links to #21 Investigate git for storing input and output, it could be useful to also keep track of changes in config files as well... and although it is not intended for binaries could also keep a track of these too.

and #68 add TFS git history on TAF analyses
