Update resubmission message #25

When a survey is conducted twice a year, there is a risk that data collected in the first instance is deleted from the database. A better "resubmission message" needs to be written.

"There already exists Eggs and Larvae data with the same combination of Survey, Year, Country, Institute, and Ship. Because of this, your submission will be treated as a resubmission. By submitting these data, you are about to delete the existing data from the database. If the survey is conducted twice a year, and you do not want to delete the existing data from the database, please combine all data in one file and then re-upload the data. If you have any doubts and need further assistance, please contact ICES at accessions@ices.dk."
