During WKRDBPOP-3 a discussion was raised on how to interpret the numSampled fields. Currently the documentation indicates that numSampled actually refers to the number selected, and should include non-responding sampling units. Some advocated that it would be more useful to have it defined as the number of actually sampled units, as the field name implies. The issue has been raised before in comments to issue #15, but I am recording it as a new issue, so that #15 can be closed when the opening issue is resolved, and does not need to remain open for secondary concerns.
