CL and CE, Statistical rectangle - data source

In relation to the small-scale fisheries, the ICES rectangle is often not reported in logbooks, but is derived or estimated from other data sources. The WGCATCH subgroup B suggests to add an extra field called ‘Statistical Rectangle Source’ with the options to enter ‘Logbook’, ‘Based on harbor location’, ‘Based on positional data’, ‘Other data sources’.

After meeting with Sébastien Demaneche, it was still found useful to add the “Statistical Rectangle Source” field as a quality indicator for the spatial information in the CE and CL data, as is one for the value of landings, and especially for the small-scale fishery where the ICES rectangles are often estimated, it would be good to know the source. This doesn't apply to other fields.
