SS table: change in variable order #150

There is some inconsistency in the order of DV variables that results a bit cumbersome

In most CS tables FTstratification FTstratumName FTclustering FTclusterName constitute an order block of DV variables, at the start of the table.

However in SS: SSstratification SSobservationActivityType SSobservationType SSstratumName SSclustering SSclusterName

Can we solve this inconsistency and move SSobservationActivityType,SSobservationType to after SSclusterName?
