loading the RDBES data #7

When working with a big CL file extracted from RDBES for the RCG (5003510 rows) the function createRDBESDataObject is reading only 3844453 rows, without giving any warning. Perhaps it is related to the issue with unlcosed quotation marks, which has been recently fixed in the function read.rdbes

Changed back to function read.rdbes to read the data.
