Tring to get the latest developments into main

so there is a pak issue in Mac and Windows on R 4.2 This seems not to be a RDBEScore issue but an issue with the way Travis-CI R install is set up see https://github.com/r-lib/actions/issues/652 Maybe somebody knows how to fix
