DLMTools and FLR (and others?) are key packages for ICES stock assessments. It will be useful to be able to translate objects from FLR to DLMtool and vice versa. This might end up being a beast.

@nathanvaughan1 - lets start with this task. Could you evaluate the effort and what components will need to be tackled? @arnima-github, @Milldaz, and @colinpmillar - do you have any feedback on what objects (from what packages) might be the most useful to have at our disposal? Thanks!
