Setting to specific custom title in 5yr plots not working #180

Specifying a custom title for the historic graphs from the SSB plot settings does not work anymore e.g. following stocks: Cod.27.5a Had.27.5a Her.27.5a Pok.27.5a

It was programmed the other way around. The title of the main graph (in this case the stock size biomass) had priority over the customization of the historical.

It is corrected.
