Fix summary table in SAG Word download

We need to reorder the columns to match the table below. Ideally the font and font size should be set as well.

‘Mid-point’ = the value provided for Rec/F/SSB. If there is no Low/High then just need RecruitmentDescription / FishingPressureDescription / StockSizeDescription in column header

A new version is published, it was not possible to implement all the suggestions.

The font is the same as suggested and the the heading and order of low, mid and high was changed.

Planned to later:
