icesTAF

3.6.0 - currently on CRAN
4.0.0 - same functionality as 3.6.0, but depending on TAF (this is a stripped-down version of 4.1.0)
4.1.0 - adding add.data.script()
4.2.0 - support boot and method

TAF

4.0.0 - currently on CRAN
4.1.0 - not sure, maybe never released
4.2.0 - support boot and method

Plan:

submit icesTAF - 4.0.0 to CRAN
(a week or so later) submit TAF 4.1.0 to CRAN
submit icesTAF - 4.1.0 to coinside with TAF 4.1.0
