Attempts to connect on change outside of first project folder #608

The package appears to see the first folder in the main windows as the main project folder. However when attempting to save files, even when they're not within that folder, remote-ftp would keep trying to connect to the remote server, even thought it's unnecessary, eventually flooding the window with notifications.

I got an issue that should be related to that:

After disconnecting from the remote connection and going back my local projects, whenever I save a file, remote-ftp tries to reconnect to the remote host.

My environment is:

Atom 1.13.1 remote-ftp 0.10.4 MacOS Sierra
