logs are not coming into my indexers #1

I configure a single in instance splunk environment, i set the UF on windows 0/S where my logs are established. I have enable my 9997 port both on indexers and UF, i edited inputs.conf to monitor the logs but my search head can't see the logs. i even used CLI with the command ./splunk add monitor but i can't still figure it out. please can any body be of help?

check the enterprise license if is still valid
