This feature branch contains what I consider to be a bare-bones addition of Touch UI dialog rendering to the component plugin. Efforts were made to augment the existing functionality without making any breaking changes and while enabling the majority of what is capable in the Classic UI in the Touch UI rendering. This leaves much room for future augmentation of the Touch UI capabilities which should be possible without making breaking changes.
