Fix for Issue: DateField Annotation default storedFormat error #27

update storedFormat default value to match what is expected by ISO8601.parse in ValueFactoryImpl.createValue

I updated the format per /libs/granite/ui/components/foundation/form/datepicker/render.jsp. Thanks for pointing that out.
