Added defaultPasteMode property to edit RTE plugin.
A default paste mode is available to the author by using Crtl-V. This can be configured to be one of three values
Currently it only seems to be supported in Classic UI but I wouldn't be surprised if this is resolved in AEM 6.3. Documentation doesn't suggest anything.
