@hknahal , I spot check some payloads and they look good to me. FYI, the project_id in this table is still the old one: LUSC-KR https://github.com/icgc-argo/argo-meta/blob/batch2_lusc-kr_wxs/icgc_song_payloads/LUCA-KR/WXS/LUCA-KR_WXS_summary_batch2_after_processing.tsv Not sure if this will have any impact for the downstream process.
