Tracking PACA-CA RNA-seq metadata payloads on EGA space

Gung-ho responded with a new curated list of donor and EGAF ids. Additional sequencing was added to existing datasets. That being said, we'll have to get access to new EGAD datasets.

@hknahal please see attached google doc worksheet and the EGADs we'll need are:

The EGA datasets indicated in Gun Ho's table belong to a different DAC than ICGC (PanCuRx), so we're not able to access the data in them:

EGAD00001004548 EGAD00001005799 EGAD00001006261 EGAD00001008155

Followed up with Gun Ho June 15th to find out if the EGA datasets can point to ICGC DAC instead.
