Feedback from Dev team is this field not used specifically, but want to reserve it for future use

From Bioinfo perspective, let's NOT use it for EGA data transfer, so we can still distinguish between ICGC25K carryover or not

Sent sample registration table to Calvin for review, but one discrepancy found, awaiting feedback

If Calvin agrees to correction, we are good and can complete the submission
