Renewal app in renewal period displays incorrect banner #680

A renewal application that has entered the renewal period but is still APPROVED and has a renewalAppId attached still shows the banner that connects it to the original source app. It should display the banner that connects it to its renewal app. EXPIRED renewal applications with a renewal attached display the correct banner.

Note: if the new renewal app is closed before submission, the original renewal can once again display the banner that connects it to the previous source app
