🐛 Stop kship chart from regenerating secrets on helm upgrade #10

Describe the bug

helm upgrade regenerates the random secrets

Steps To Reproduce

run helm upgrade secrets will change no stonks

Expected behavior

secrets shouldn't change unless we want that, otherwise every upgrade ego needs update too

Fix: add option to avoid regenerating secrets in the chart values
