Feature Request: Update/add queries with `donor-clinical` information

• Donor clinical data is being made available via the indices.
• API needs to be able to return this information.
  • This is done with an Arranger configurations
  • Extended data: what display names do you want to use?
  • Array or single value?
  • Add any of the donor properties to facet search?
  • Clinical columns added to the search table?

This might not result in too much work once the clinical data is in the files centric index. We will revisit later.
