Add index file to /entities query #475

follow-up to https://github.com/icgc-argo/platform-api/issues/457
the entity is being returned, but it does not have all expected data so an index file is now being downloaded.
[ ] make sure that https://argo-gateway.qa.argo.cancercollaboratory.org/api-docs/#/File%20Storage%20Api/findUsingGET also returns index file information when present
- the index file information should be in ES, according to the mapping: https://github.com/icgc-argo/argo-metadata-schemas/blob/5f66c90a42e5951566911a0f30a02a1d46c3dd18/mappings/platform_file_centric.json#L528
