Announcements:May 10, 2021: We are excited to announce Data Release 3.0 on the ICGC ARGO Data Platform, including a new addition of GATK Mutect2 variant calling data, as well as additional donors released for PACA-CA, OCCAMS-GB, LUCA-KR and PTC-SA. March 01, 2021: The 17th Scientific Workshop & 4th ARGO Virtual Meeting Plenary Session is open to the public for registration. ARGO updates from the Data Coordination Centre and the Secretariat will be presented, as well as oral and poster presentations from participating ARGO programs and technology development teams.

March 01, 2021: The 17th Scientific Workshop & 4th ARGO Virtual Meeting Plenary Session is open to the public for registration. New Features: Program data submission dashboards have been updated with new features to visualize progression of data submission. Also, 2 new clinical entities, Immunotherapy and Family History, have been added for clinical data submission. ARGO Data Dictionary 1.9, Data Release 3.0 and Software Release 1.86.1 - API 3.13.2 are now available.
