October 18, 2023: Lost to Followup

Data Platform - UI 1.124.6 - API 3.41.0

- We are thrilled to announce the release of lost to follow up feature, this new feature that allows programs to submit data with lost to followup information within the platform. Information on additional fields can be found in the ARGO Dictionary
- Minor API fixes.
