Detailed Description

  1. Add a new announcement to the top:

    November ??, 2023: We are excited to announce a new feature "Download Clinical Data" is now available for user to down clinical data along with molecular data from ARGO

  2. Remove the oldest announcement:

    
May 3, 2023: We are excited to announce that a new feature is now available on our platform: the Submitted Data Page.

3. Update this 

from

ARGO Data Dictionary 1.19, Data Release 6.0, and Software Release UI 1.124.6 - API 3.41.0 are now available.

To

ARGO Data Dictionary 1.20, Data Release 7.0, and Software Release UI ?? - API ?? are now available.

Retrospective comment: To state what's perhaps obvious, for clarity, there's no "updating" versions.

What the ticket here expect is to add a similiar new line along with the new announcement.
