Select All - Clinical Download not working #1056

Description

User is unable to download all clinical data for all donors with single click.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Select "Clinical Data" = Available
  2. Select All data (Select Checkbox on header)
  3. Click on Download
  4. Click, Clinical Download Error: Download Error, Request body is invalid.

Acceptance Criteria

User should be able to sucessfully download the clinical data for all donors

  1. For Select All - New Endpoint - Take filter criteria as input - Make sure unqiue donor file is available for download - Make sure permissions follow same as it happens for manifest.

  2. If all selected (1 row unchecked) - follow same principles as file manifest

Bug still exists, unable to download clinical data with select all
